Our online application packet contains most of the information we will need to begin processing an SBA 504 Loan. The forms are available for you to print as often as needed.
Small Businesses who are interested in the 504 loan are encouraged to review the application and discuss it with their private lender (your bank or credit union). Feel free to contact Utah CDC directly to discuss any part of the application, at any time.
Loan Process
Step 2: Prepare Loan Application
Working with the small business and a private-sector lender, Utah CDC prepares the application package for the Small Business Administration (SBA).
How long will this take?
Once the required information is provided to the Utah CDC, the loan application packaging process takes only 2-3 days.

Waterworks Car Wash – Utah County
Kerry and Tamara Chipman have been in the car wash business since 1997, at one time owning three different car washes in Salt Lake and Utah County. In 2009, the Chipman's decided to build a tunnel wash on the site of one of their existing car washes. The project known as Water Works is a 50 foot tunnel wash with a large "free" vacuum area. Water Works opened for business in May 2010 and is one of Utah's premier car wash locations.
